A.1. Who we are

Insider Club : Community Forum ("the App") is a Shopify application published by:

• Theo BUSSON, micro entreprise
• Contact: [email protected]

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the entity above. "Merchant" refers to the Shopify store owner who installs the App. "Member" refers to a customer of the Merchant's store who joins the forum. "Visitor" refers to anyone browsing the forum on the Merchant's storefront.

This policy explains what data the App processes and why. The contractual terms of the App, including disclaimers and limitation of liability, are set out in Part B of this document (Terms of Service).

A.2. Summary

• The App adds a community forum to the Merchant's Shopify store. Members log in with their existing customer account of the store.
• We do not collect Members' email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses.
• Publicly, a Member is shown only by their first name and last initial (for example "Chloé M.") and an optional profile photo.
• Profile photos, the forum logo and the cover image are stored in the Merchant's own Shopify Files, not on our servers.
• The App uses no advertising or tracking cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts in the forum.
