Part A: Privacy Policy

A.1. Who we are

AGE+ : Age Verification PopUp ("the App") is a Shopify application published by:

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the entity above. "Merchant" refers to the Shopify store owner who installs the App. "Visitor" refers to an end user browsing a Merchant's storefront.

This policy explains what data the App processes and why. The commercial and contractual terms of the App, including plan terms, disclaimers and limitation of liability, are set out in Part B of this document (Terms of Service).

A.2. Summary

The App does not store any personal data about Visitors.
A Visitor's IP address is processed transiently to detect a country, and is never written to our database.
A date of birth entered by a Visitor is evaluated in the Visitor's browser and never transmitted to us.
We keep anonymized analytics (country, device type, timestamp, outcome) for up to 13 months.
We process Merchant account data to operate the service and provide support.

A.3. Data processed from Visitors

When a Visitor interacts with the age verification popup on a Merchant's storefront, the App processes:
